Our one-on-one instruction begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, allowing us to create a custom-tailored program that addresses each child's unique strengths and weaknesses.
Our private therapeutic instruction at I Heart Learning Academy revolves around nationally accredited and research-based language arts curriculums. These encompass essential aspects such as phonological and phonemic awareness, decoding, fluency, reading comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, cursive handwriting, grammar, and written composition.
To deliver exceptional results, our team comprises dedicated and creative teachers and mentors. They have all participated in our customized extensive teacher training institute to become specialists in research-based reading instruction. Our dyslexia practitioners and therapists (CALTS) are specifically trained in MTA, Alphabetic Phonics, Scottish Rite Take Flight, and/or Kendore Kingdom – all accredited by the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) and the International Dyslexia Association (IDA). Rather than following a rigid program, we tailor our instructional methods to meet the individual needs of each student through diagnostic assessment and personalized teaching.
